I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! It's a great place to relax, enjoy delicious food, and spend quality time with family and friends. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend trying their authentic cuisine. I had a wonderful time at Mercato Ethiopian Restaurant. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was flavorful and satisfying. I ordered the veggie combo, which came with a variety of dishes like lentils, cabbage, spinach, potatoes, and salad served on a large injera bread1. It was a great way to sample different tastes and textures of Ethiopian cuisine. My friend had the tibbs, which was a spicy fish dish with onions, tomatoes, and peppers. It was tender and juicy, with a nice kick of heat. We also enjoyed the Ethiopian coffee ceremony, which was a unique and fun experience. They roasted the coffee beans in front of us and served us freshly brewed coffee in small cups with popcorn. The coffee was strong and aromatic, and the popcorn was a nice snack. The restaurant had a cozy and colorful atmosphere, with Ethiopian music and art on the walls.
