I visited this restaurant for the second time after being disappointed during my first visit at the other shop, and unfortunately, several issues happened again. Thanks to the voucher I received I was willing to give it another try. The good news is: the food itself was actually tasty. --- Food Issues • No rice this time, and no eggs either – the same issues as my first visit. -> It’s just annoying when ingredients that are listed as available options aren’t there each time we visit. --- Service Problems • The Voucher for handed to us after some difficulties. Apparently some workers are not familiar with the goodwill gesture and were visibly confused. Thx to another employee we figured it out in the end. • The staff forgot to give us a beeper when we were seated. • Because the beeper was forgotten, we had to wait over 10 minutes for our food. • We were even asked to show our receipt again to the staff just to get our food served, which was frustrating and unnecessary, since we’ve waited for a while already. --- Order Mistake • We specifically ordered dine-in, but the restaurant gave us takeaway containers for our food instead. • No cutlery was provided initially, but we got it after asking one of the staff members, which is quite difficult because they are all over the place. --- Overall Experience This was unfortunately a disappointing experience overall. Even though the food was tasty, the combination of missing ingredients (twice), forgotten beeper, long waiting times, the wrong container type, and the initial lack of cutlery makes it hard for me to recommend this place without reservations. I hope the staff will take these complaints seriously and improve their service so that future visits don’t feel this way.
