Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo per una sola notte, location incantevole in pozione ottima, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, Loris ragazzo super in gamba ci ha trattato come dei signori. Consiglio anche la cena presso il bistrot, cibo di ottima qualità con vasta scelta di vini. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

My review is for the bistro. First of all, I would like to explain to the owner that selling one thing for another that is different from what is displayed and above all declared on the menu, in terms of origin, quality and quantity, is commercial fraud. We were welcomed and seated by a maitre d'/sommelier who was anything but this because someone who wants to sell you the wine before you even order doesn't seem professional to me but let's get to the point. First of all when ordering I ask if the octopus was fresh considering that on the menu there were no asterisks in the ingredients of the dishes and I was confirmed that it was fresh catch of the day and therefore I order this octopus nduja and beans while my partner gets a trio of sashimi, tuna, amberjack and snapper, and this is where the issue of commercial fraud comes in. The octopus comes from frozen, poorly cooked, fibrous, bitter and in combination with the other ingredients, terrible. Let's move on to the sashimi, the albino tuna because it was white, sticky and mushy due to poor preservation, the same goes for the amberjack and snapper. The cob and green tomato linguine are tasteless and full of sauce while the savory risotto but above all the combination of chestnut and lemon prawns is nauseating. Exaggerated prices for a cuisine entrusted to Bengalis, not to be racist but the location deserves a quality chef and above all excellent quality raw materials. Strongly not recommended. Service: 1
