Now it has to be said! Dario and his team did a SUPER job on our aperitif. We wanted a South Tyrolean Vesper - and what does it do - it exceeds our expectations. Kamminwurz, Vinschger Paarln, bacon supplemented with delicacies from Marxer's culinary world. Some say he was born with it, maybe he's just a born host (which is actually the same thing). In short: I am very happy to recommend Marxers Kochwelt.
