Questo hotel ha un’atmosfera davvero speciale. Piccolo, intimo e curato nei dettagli, con uno stile caldo in legno che ti fa sentire subito accolto, quasi come in uno chalet elegante immerso nella tranquillità svizzera. La camera era bellissima, rilassante e molto confortevole. Ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza sono le attenzioni verso il cliente: gentilezza, disponibilità e quella cura autentica che oggi è sempre più rara. Ogni dettaglio sembra pensato per farti stare bene, senza essere mai invadente. Un posto perfetto per staccare la mente, rallentare e godersi qualche giorno di pace tra montagne, silenzio e atmosfera raffinata. Ci tornerei con molto piacere. ️️

I found Gasthaus Traube in Buchs via the Marriott Bonvoy app while looking for a calm stop within reach of Davos ahead of WEF, before heading on to Klosters. It was exactly what I was looking for. The hotel is beautiful and very tastefully designed. My room was spacious, with warm wood-paneled walls, a lovely bathroom, and thoughtful personal touches, including a handwritten welcome note. From a gastronomic point of view, the hotel is excellent and clearly takes food and drink seriously. I only had time to dine at the Braustube, which had a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic food, and genuinely warm Swiss hospitality. They kindly accommodated my later arrival after a long day of travel. The schnitzel with traditional potato salad was excellent, paired with a glass of Sylvaner Riesling served in a Riedel glass, which was a nice touch. The staff across the hotel were outstanding. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from check-in through to breakfast and housekeeping. Worth noting for future guests: there is no television in the room, I couldn’t get the radio to work, and there is no in-room coffee machine (there is one available outside the room). None of this was an issue for me. I often choose hotels without televisions as I don’t watch TV at home anyway, and while I did slightly miss the coffee machine, it didn’t detract from the stay. This is just something to be aware of if those amenities are important to you. Overall, one of my better Bonvoy experiences. I’d happily return. Service: 5

Besonders schön ist es für uns zu lesen, dass Dir sowohl das Ambiente, die Kulinarik als auch die herzliche Betreuung durch unser Team in so positiver Erinnerung geblieben sind. Dein Lob geben wir sehr gerne an unsere Mitarbeitenden weiter – es ist eine wunderbare Motivation. Gerne möchten wir auch Deine Hinweise zu den Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer aufgreifen: Der Verzicht auf Fernseher sowie die Platzierung der Kaffeemaschine ausserhalb der Zimmer sind bewusste Entscheidungen unseres Hauses. Wir möchten Begegnungen fördern, Räume für Austausch schaffen und unseren Gästen die Möglichkeit geben, bewusst zu entschleunigen. Für Gäste, die dennoch digitale Unterhaltung wünschen, stellen wir gerne ein Tablet an der Rezeption zur Ausleihe zur Verfügung.
