Upon arriving at the establishment, we were greeted by an unsettling emptiness, both in atmosphere and attentiveness. The waitstaff, seemingly engrossed in their own frivolities, did little to disguise their mirthful chatter. It was as though our presence was of no consequence. To our dismay, the octopus leg, the pièce de résistance of our meal, was served with a chill unbecoming of any dish that purports to be freshly prepared. The inconsistency extended further, as the chest—a dish we had hoped would redeem the evening—was met with a confusing response from the staff. Initially, we were informed that it was unavailable, only for them to later reverse their stance without explanation. The experience, regrettably, left much to be desired. Had a lovely meal here with my boyfriend. We ordered the seafood platter for 2 and enjoyed Croatian red wine and espresso martinis. The service was excellent, and the hotel itself looks exquisite. This is a very nice restaurant. The food was delicious and well prepared minding our allergies. The terrace is stone so after a hot day it will be a bit hotter than other areas, but it has a nice view over the marina. I would come again.
