Dear Ivan, we are sorry for the bad time you had in Lola, hope you are feeling better now that some time passed since you ate the chicken butter masala. Can you with certainty say that the masala was the cause of your health problems since we prepared dozen of chicken masalas that day and you are the only one with symptoms that spoke out. Maybe it was the spices? Some people who are not used to indian spices can have a reaction to the food which is perfectly normal. As for the quality of food, the chicken masala is a new menu item introduced this year, yet your review implies all our menu items lost quality, but you did not give any examples of such meals. The prices are not cheap, but neither are the expenses for running a bar and street food when you count in the location, bills, paychecks, housing, procurement of food and drinks and when you add in high inflation that made expenses even more expensive it paints a clearer picture. As for „robbing“ of tourists, we can keep it simple here and state that all of our prices are visible and if you have any questions about anything related to the food, drinks or pricing, you are always encouraged to ask the staff, or you can just leave and go to another bar since no one is forcing you to sit, eat and drink at Lola.
