We had such a wonderful experience at Maestro Bistrot Cocktail Bar. We started with the tuna tartare, and honestly, it was one of the best tuna tartares Iāve ever had. The tuna and avocado were incredibly soft and fresh, and the sauce was absolutely outstanding. My wife had the Caesar salad, which she absolutely loved and kept praising throughout the evening. I also tried the traditional Carbonara ā very creamy, rich and delicious. For my personal taste, it could have used just a little more black pepperā¦ The service was exceptional. Our blonde-haired waitress (unfortunately, I donāt remember her name) was incredibly friendly, funny and somehow managed to take care of us and all the other tables at lightning speed. She really made the evening even more enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the restaurant owner, Bianca, who welcomed us so warmly and with such a genuine smile. You can really feel the hospitality and passion here. There was also live music, which we enjoyed while sitting on the terrace. And the cocktails were fantastic! My personal favorite was the Mai Tai ā especially if youāre a rum lover. It was truly a wonderful last evening in Rome, and we couldnāt have asked for a better place to spend it. Another big plus is the very reasonable pricing for central Rome, especially compared with many other restaurants in the area.
