Siamo stati per pranzo e la terrazza ricoperta di vigna vergine, fresca e rilassante, è arrivata come una manna dopo il caldo del solleone. Buon cibo, abbiamo assaggiato due primi ma scegliere è stato difficile visto che tutto ispirava nella lista. Come dolce il semifreddo era spettacolare. Splendida location proprio dietro gli stabilimenti balneari, situato nella zona levante di Alassio, arredi di classe e curati senza essere eccessivi, bellissimi quadri specialmente la mimosa vicino al bar interno. Bagni spettacolari, puliti e arredati con gusto. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Sabato 07/09/24 ho prenotato x le 20,30 cena nel dehor x due persone lasciando, come richiesto, nome cognome e numero di telefono. Puntualmente ci rechiamo a cena e ci viene detto, alla reception, che il ristorante è al completo. Questo perché un’ora prima era piovuto un po’ ed avevano sparecchiato i tavoli in esterno. Chiedo di poter restare ugualmente anche se tempo era nuvoloso ma non mi viene concesso e nemmeno mi si propone di cenare in uno dei tavoli apparentemente liberi all’interno. Chiedo xche io non sia stato avvisato e viene risposto che avevano fatto alcune telefonate . Preciso che trattasi di locale con limitati coperti, x cui le telefonate eventualmente da fare non sarebbero state infinite. Mi pare comportamento inaccettabile ancor più in un locale vedi buon livello e che comunque frequentavo, con soddisfazione, da anni.

I am 18 years old and my mother and I had dinner with you this evening, we asked for information and a boy and a lady who were always waiters told us that your colleague such as this fake Gianluca Vacchi would serve us. And so far there is nothing to say about certain young waiters present there (such as this boy and the lady present) who also appeared nice-looking and with a modicum of humanity compared to that 60-year-old tacky animal. First of all he told us to wait a moment, "a moment" which was pronounced in a more than arrogant way but we said OKAY there are strange and arrogant people in this world so let's not care and continue with our evening. While he was waiting he did a little tidying up of the tables and chairs, feeling very nervous even though the restaurant was still totally empty, so his stress and arrogance was not the slightest bit justified, I could understand if the pace of work had been intense at that moment with an environment stressful, but no, I repeat the restaurant was still empty around that time, he was the one who was sold out in the head, returning to the subject... he made us stand for a certain amount of time which was uncomfortable and in fact it gave us the air that we could sit down because everything seemed fine, instead of standing like two clumsy people, right? The moment we EVEN politely asked after waiting an indefinite amount of time to move some chair or table as if it were hard work he responded to us with a worse and very arrogant "eh one moment, eh I told you one moment eeeeh", very good again. Nothing... after sitting us down, the service despite its animal behavior was still shameful haha. And my mother tells you that she has been working in the same profession as you for 20+ years going from place to place so she could have made you as a teacher, first of all clean the wax from your ears better when you order prosecco with ice (which one you don't even know pour ) because you didn't bring it to either of them, the moment you eat the full ashtray you have to remove it, that is, they are the basics but you don't know how to do them, but you act like you were God. I also note the visible difference in how you treat customers of decent appearance and rich appearance, you gave good advice full of "kindness" to the rich people sitting behind us, while a DECENT family who wanted to dine you said that they cannot eat without reservations, which ones you hosted us even without us making reservations! Wow! Were we lucky then? It was also nice for those two people who you didn't let eat because they had a dog and it was a problem if there were two dogs, the other dog being that of the rich and THEY themselves even proposed that they could move, that they couldn't it was a problem, but you pretended not to hear it and continued to chase away other customers. Clearly those customers believe you and don't see it the way we did. And also a big round of applause to that family that you spent every death of the pope serving in front of the rich people you ran after, I wonder if it was because they were black you know? Can be? I wouldn't be surprised. What you're doing is the opposite of making your customers' evening pleasant More than anything I say to myself, if you want to behave like this with people with deeper pockets and you want those tips okay do it but do it in an intelligent way at least. Which maybe won't make a difference in this review of mine but I hope that something can be done like sending you to clean rubbish in the streets at least, and it would be good for you so you would learn to have at least a shred of humility with people.
