BAR Murena Suite / Poorly organized place, tables with very heavy and uncomfortable wooden cubes. The cubes weighing many kg are placed under the free tables and therefore you have to extract them yourself, with considerable effort and noise, while the waitresses are watching you, without making any effort to provide due help or even better to position them ready for use . I wonder how an elderly person would be able to lift almost 10 kg, crouching under the table to catch this boulder. After this initial test, which already says everything about the total lack of care and respect towards the Customer, comes the best part. Table service based on absolute apacity and annoyance, without courtesy, having to ask for everything in the absence of proactivity. After a long wait, the orders are brought, without any courtesy, not even providing the napkins that must be requested. A customer wrote well, saying that one leaves the place annoyed by this unpleasant climate and infected by the discontent that reigns in the bar. In terms of the products, nothing special but the prices are very high, for a tea, a smooth hot chocolate and two glasses of water, a cost of 12 euros and a long wait, without even a smile or the necessary grace in handing things over. , almost slammed on the table, the fundamentals are evidently missing.
