Un posto davvero bello nel parco - perfetto per una pausa caffè o fare aperitivo.

Ottima posizione. Cibo scarso (tortelli e tagliolini slavati) e servizio molto lento. Scarsa attenzione al cliente una volta entrato nel locale.

We visited Lostello di Emc2 Onlus in Parma, mainly because my sister’s laptop was out of battery and we needed a place where we could charge it while having a drink. The location itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience. When ordering our drinks, we politely asked the cashier if there was any outlet we could use. He told us there were no sockets anywhere. A few minutes later, we noticed an extension cord with available outlets right next to where we were sitting, so we plugged in our laptop. Suddenly, the same bearded employee came to our table in a very aggressive and irritated manner and started scolding us like children, saying things such as “Didn’t I talk to you already?” and “Weren’t you the people I spoke to?” We were honestly shocked and did not even know how to respond because of how unnecessarily rude and hostile he was behaving. There was absolutely no need for that attitude toward polite customers. The communication skills and professionalism of some of the staff are seriously lacking. On top of that, most employees do not speak English well, which makes even simple communication difficult for international visitors. It’s very disappointing to see such rude and poorly trained staff working in such a beautiful location. The bearded employee in particular was extremely disrespectful. I definitely would not come back and would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic courtesy and decent service. Service: 1
