Sono stata per 2 volte a festeggiare una Comunione e una Cresima . Cibo ottimo Personale gentile e disponibile . Siamo stati in una saletta dove eravamo gli unici a festeggiare...da consigliare Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went with my wife to the "Lombardo Restaurant" to taste one of the 90 pizzas on the menu and with the possibility of choosing between the Neapolitan or the Roman one. Ordered: a Neapolitan "Oceanica" (white pizza, with fior di latte mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, Cantrabico anchovies, pachino tomatoes) and a Roman "O sole mio" (tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, pachino tomatoes. basil). Well, despite the restaurant with very few patrons, we were unable to enjoy what was ordered. The "Oceanica" was Roman-style and not Neapolitan-style, it was supposed to be white and instead it was seasoned with cooked sauce, the tomatoes weren't pachino tomatoes, and it had the addition of oregano and basil. The "O sole mio" looked Neapolitan-style, certainly not Roman with hard texture, the tomatoes weren't pachino tomatoes. Finding ourselves in a room alone, with the door closed, to speak with a waiter, one had to get up and go and look for him. We decided not to wait for the remaking of what was ordered to eat what was received. At the end of dinner the waiter, we pointed out to him that the pizzas were not the ones ordered. "The pizza maker must not have made them because he is very careful, perhaps the boy on trial made them and he must have made a mistake" This is the comment of the waiter who offered to make up for it by offering a coffee. Refused the coffee I went to the cashier to pay. To the classic request from the cashier: "Are you okay?" I explained what happened. The cashier feigned interest in what happened and gave me the bill. I didn't expect any discount, but at least an apology, it didn't come anyway, but charging me for two bottles of water instead of one, this is too much. When I pointed out the mistake, he would have liked to return the 3.50 euros, but they had no money to return the extra charge. I left leaving a tip of 3.50 euros, not deserved! Obviously it is, for me, a restaurant to be avoided due to the very little esteem and complete indifference and attention towards the customer. Garage offered by the restaurant, but you have to wait for the availability of an employee to accompany you to go out.
