Io e mio fratello ci siamo fermati alla Locanda dell'angelo prima di un concerto all'auditorium della conciliazione, il servizio è stato molto rapido e il personale di sala estremamente gentile. Ottima cucina, consigliato!

Cenamos en la terraza y el camarero rápidamente encendió la estufa. Todo el tiempo atento y servicial pero sin agobiar. La comida estupenda y el precio ajustado. 맛있어요 !!!!!! 조용해서 더 좋았어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 유럽여행 마지막 저녁이었는데 행복하게 잘 먹었습니당 다만 저희가 점심도 늦게 먹었는데 이것저것 다 먹느라 여기서 많이 남겨서 혹시 포장 박스 주실 수 있냐고 여쭤보니까 너무 친절하게 피자용, 스테이크용 따로 가져다 주셨어요 !! 행복했습니다 ! 스테이크는 30유로 피자는 정확하겐 기억안나지만 10-15유로 사이였던거같아용 ㅎㅎ 저흰 맥주와 아페롤스피리츠까지 먹어서 52유로정도 지불했습니다 ! It was sooo nice its our perfect last dinner in Italy! But we already ate sooooo many things that we can not eat much We asked for a packaging box and packed it, and it will be eaten tomorrow morning. Falls into the tourist trap restaurant. Service was good, nice location. The manager responded well to an issue with the food. The Pizza was good. The side dishes, prawn main and chicory main were all very poor. The french fries were clearly refried and not eaten. Vraiment nul, la serveuse était gentille mais sinon c’était mauvais, carbonara BEAUCOUP trop salée, servie à peine tiède et 40 minutes d’attente alors qu’on était les seuls clients à midi ! Unfortunately, I do not recommend this restaurant. It was the worst dish I had during my entire vacation. The steak was good, but the chicken was terrible. The menu listed "Roman-style Chicken with Peppers" for 16 euros, but what I received was simply a chicken leg with a piece of pepper. I was really disappointed. Food is great—the table olive oil has a little kick to it that was delightful. They are mainly a pizzeria, but we got the seafood salad and a salmon dish—cooked perfectly, still very moist and lightly salted. I also got a tiramisu in a cup that was wonderful. My daughter and I were served by a warm and gorgeous Mariam and other friendly staffs. She recommended me the best mains! The beef were so perfectly cook, I had to fight with my daughter for the last piece. Cozy and good quality food! A very cozy place, the food was delicious, and the service was quick. We tried a Ragù pasta and a Matriciana that totally won our hearts. The sauces had just the right balance, not too much, not too little, and perfectly creamy. The waiters were patient and always smiling, offering suggestions based on what you tell them you like. The food came out quickly, and it’s just a few minutes away from Castel Sant’Angelo. We went to this restaurant based on the 4.6 ratting with google and this does not meet the standard. The food is presented well but that about it. The ragu was fine just bland. The carbonara was so salty and the pasta was under cooked, I couldn't finish the meal. The bruschetta felt like we were eating stale bread with plain chopped tomatoes. The service was alright, had to ask twice for water and no bread offered to us but another table got offered. Waiter/worker was just sitting on the step starting to roll a cigarette. Just a little walk across the bridge of Vatican City, you will find a small, cozy hidden gem full of friendly people with never-ending smiles. Please, if you have the chance, you must try the linguini with Crab and definitely finish with their fantastic creamy tiramisu When we come back to Rome, we will give you another visit and recommend to all of your friends! We dropped in on our way home after the tour of the Vatican HUNGRY! They said they were closing in an hour but we’re very happy to serve us. And they certainly acted as though they were- friendly smiling faces. My husband and daughter really enjoyed their thin crust pizza and I ordered the salmon and salad and the salmon was cooked beautifully! It was delicious! We were very happily surprised by a delicious complimentary ricotta spinach ball that came while we waited for our food - what a nice surprise! The place looks very clean and inviting inside and out. After a long day touring the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Castel St. Angelo, we were looking for a place for our two families to have dinner together. We took Rick Steves’ advice and avoided the tourist traps near the Vatican, then my husband found this place. We stumbled in hot and hungry and tired, and their charming waiters Mario and Mehdi seated us immediately, made us feel at home despite our crowd of children (5 kids, 4 adults), and with their infectious enthusiasm about food guided us into the best meal of our lives. They were so warm and welcoming, the chef Walter even came out and took a photo with us. The steak was incredible; perfectly cooked; the sausage and mushroom pizza was also truly exceptional; and the pasta was delicious as well. Very reasonably priced for the quality. We are from the US and unfortunately none of us speak Italian, only English; the waiters are fluent enough in English that we were able to communicate easily. This place was a highlight of our trip. Mario was superb at taking care of us!! We felt so special! He made sure that everything was just what we expected! He served our food very quickly, and it was superb!! Absolutely amazing! I was looking for a place to eat with my family while in Rome and boy did they deliver! This restaurant was clean, air conditioned and welcoming! Our server was phenomenal. He had a wonderful grasp of the menu items and helped us make choices. The food was delicious. I hope to come back and enjoy before I leave back to the US!
