Just arrived in Florence after 12 hours and 4 different trains from Paris starting at 6am. Had this impeccable reviewed place near my hotel circled for months. Everything lived up to expectations from the delicious Margharita pizza, to the full liter mug of delicious draft beer, but what was above and beyond expectations was the happy, fun, attentive hosting of the restaurant by Aldo. Great guy, being Canadian, it’s nice to see this level of professional hosting with such a personal touch, as we are typically more reserved and stand off ish in Canada. Never felt more welcome in any restaurant. Just brilliant. If you want a nice ambiance night out with unmatched personal service, make sure you try this place. My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The pasta was absolutely fantastic – rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed a lovely glass of wine that paired wonderfully with our meal. Aldo and the waitresses were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful, offering a cozy yet elegant setting. It’s definitely a place worth visiting, and we highly recommend it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
