Unfortunately the smell of sewage was not predictable but I remind you that we did our best by changing your room and had our technician come in the next day trying to solve the problem. I assure you the floor is not rotting. To limit the environmental impact due to the frequent washing of towels, they are replaced only when necessary and I am aware that we have also changed the sheets in room 5. For breakfast it was specified (I have a copy of the message) that the structure provides an Italian breakfast, while the savory one is on request and with a small supplement. Even though the restaurant was closed, we also organized ourselves to be able to have you for lunch. We therefore regret your persistence towards our facility despite the fact that we have given you all our availability (barring unforeseeable events) and also a discount on the final price at the time of payment.
