Abbiamo frequentato questo ristorante negli anni ed eravamo contenti di ritornare.. Dopo aver prenotato online per il 30 agosto 2024, e guidato da Gallipoli, ci rendiamo conto che il posto è semplicemente chiuso. Probabilmente è abbandonato da tempo. Peccato. Sarebbe stato carino aggiornare Google maps e sito web a riguardo. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stessa cosa per me, ho fatto una prenotazione su google, nessuna conferma, sto cercando di contattare il ristorante telefonicamente, ho lasciato piu' messaggi in segreteria ma nessuna risposta. The three stars are due to the combination of an excellent cuisine against a management to be reviewed. Positive aspects: beautiful location, a terrace overlooking the roofs of the town, well furnished. The kindness of the person who greeted us. Excellent food, especially the samples of six different appetizers, all brought together and to be divided at the table. The first course is also good and the local dessert with local ingredients is very good. Before moving on to the things to improve, a premise: it is "home" cooking so there is only one menu (with small variations) which is communicated in advance before booking. We are asked what time we would arrive, proposing three different times: 20:00, 20:15 or 20:30. Having dinner on a terrace we opt for 20:00 to be able to see the sunset. We arrive on time and we are the first, we are told that being home cooking we have to wait for the arrival of the other diners: information that had not been communicated to us before. We wait almost an hour while three other tables are occupied in the meantime. Finally the appetizers are brought to us: six small plates to be divided into three. All very good, nothing to say. However, we notice that the same portions as us arrive at the nearby table despite being two... Around 21:50 people arrive to occupy a table of 7/8 people and here too we notice that for only one type of appetizer four saucers are brought (we in three only one ). According to the person who served us, they were “local” people: perhaps they are entitled to a higher per capita dose for this reason? Hm In short, we went out after ten and a half hours for an appetizer, a first course and a dessert. I immediately pointed out that this doesn't work: since it is a single menu (albeit with small variations between two first courses and two second courses) and you want to leave when the tables are full, it would be useful to ask customers to all show up at a certain time so to be avoided, for those who arrive earlier, waiting for an hour and why are you asking me what time do we arrive then? moreover the portions should be the same for all the tables otherwise one feels like a B-series customer compared to others. If they manage to fix these aspects, I can only recommend the place for the location, kindness and excellent food. With regard to quantities, he is making a mistake as big as a house. He didn't mind the size of the plate. I explain it happens, when there are several diners that the appetizer is served in a single dish. Otherwise there would be 48 saucers on the table. In the case of that table I had finished that type of dish and I had to use the single ones, which is why he noticed a greater quantity of dishes.
