Cucina buonissima e raffinata, che sa di autenticità e attenzione a ricette e materie prime. La cameriera che ci ha servito è stata molto gentile e professionale. L'ambiente è molto piccolo, simile a una bottega, quindi consiglio di prenotare. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare tante cose diverse, nel menù c'è molta scelta. Fanno anche asporto e consegne. Esperienza davvero ottima! Abbiamo gustato diverse specialità libanesi tra cui manakish, fattoush, foglie di vite, fatayer e panini: tutto fresco, ben preparato e ricco di sapore. Il locale è molto bello, accogliente e soprattutto pulitissimo. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e davvero cortese. Abbiamo anche acquistato bottiglie di vino libanese e prodotti tipici libanesi da portare a casa. Un angolo autentico di Libano nel cuore di Firenze: torneremo sicuramente! A Taste of Beirut in the Heart of Florence! I never thought I’d find mana2ish magic nestled among the Renaissance wonders of Florence, but Lo Saj Libanese blew my mind (and my taste buds) into full-on dabké mode. We ordered almost everything on the mana2ish menu, from: zaatar & cheese, zaatar & labneh, zaatar with veggies, cheese with veggies basically every combination of dough, herbs, and cheese that dreams are made of. Each bite was like a nostalgic hug from my Lebanese teta. And to make matters even better if that is possible, everything was made on the Saj like the name of the store!!! And let’s talk salads. The fattoush and tabbouleh were so fresh, they practically sang Fairuz at sunrise. The pomegranate molasses (rib riman) in the fattoush? Chef’s kiss. I may or may not have tried to lick the plate. No regrets. Then came the lahem b3ajin (meat pies) and chicken shawarma tender, flavorful, and wrapped with love, and possibly garlic. To wash it all down: a cold Bonjus pineapple juice (yes, Bonjus in Tuscany!), a smooth Almaza beer, and the real deal Ayran (the Lebanese yogurt drink that cools your soul and reminds you to slow down and enjoy the ride). The vibe? Pure Lebanese warmth and hospitality. The place is super clean, beautifully decorated with authentic touches, and full of treasures from the homeland: olive oil, red and white Lebanese wines, nostalgic drinks... I half expected Fayrouz to pop out from behind the fridge and start singing Li Beirut. And the service? Absolutely wonderful. Friendly, fast, and genuinely happy to share the flavors of Lebanon with the world. If you’re in Florence and your taste buds are begging for something bold, fresh, and full of love.... run, don’t walk, to Lo Saj Libanese. They didn’t just serve us food they served us home.
