Dear Lemoncha,I publish to respond to your commentary on Nathalie Lawrence's publicationI add a comment since I witnessed the scene. I was with my partner Nathalie Lawrence and I remember that we asked for the ingredients for a "pumpkin latte", the lady had answered us but had not in any case specified that there was coffee inside.But the problem doesn’t come from there, once we discovered that there was coffee in the drink, and since none of us like coffee, I MADE the decision to return to the cashier so to ask a favor from the store.Here is the discussion:Me: Excuse me, we didn’t know and we weren’t clearly specified that there was coffee in our drink, would it be possible to have another one or to have a reduction?The staff: No, everyone knows there is coffee in the "Pumpkin Latte", it's known.Yes in "Pumpkin Latte", it makes sense that there is coffee ... we have to be specialists and know everything? I thought that the staffs were there to serve us but also to advise us and give information on what they offer to customers. I do not criticize all staffs, there are some that are great but there is one (I will not name) that should change behavior and try to smile a bit…And as we can see in the discussion, there was no reduction of 20% (as you mentioned in your comment), I am sure of that otherwise I will order another one drink. I thought your goal was to satisfy your customers, know that tonight, it wasn’t the case at all.Usually, I never comment here, but the fact that you treat a public liar one of your client and then you (or your staff) allow yourself to lie with your 20% discount, I find it a little childish , sorry for the term.We do not write here just to criticize and downgrade (we were regular clients) but we just expose the facts. Take into account instead of treating your clients publicly as liars.

Dear Patrick, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience. We got the confirmation by email (receipt) from Ms Lawrence that you ordered those drinks on Friday, the 23rd of November at 08:50pm. You can check online and verify we were offering 20% off on everything for the Black Friday. As our staff onsite told you, they couldn’t offer a bigger discount on the drinks as we didn’t make any error in your order. Ms Lawrence first asked for a Mulled Tea that was unfortunately sold out and therefore asked « for the other limited drink » without asking the composition of it. We are sorry for this misunderstanding. Our staff is here to answer all the questions you might have about the drinks and their composition. Don’t hesitate to ask all the question you want to our staff for your next visit. Regards, Lemoncha
