I went there with my parents. My mom loved the entrecôte: perfectly cooked, with a side of crispy, well-fried fries. I had the vegetarian burger (le végé. Options for vegetarians!). My dad had the ribs with a delicious sauce. The place offers an enjoyable typical atmosphere. Overall we're satisfied. The price was super cheap, but acceptable! This day, we had the dish of the day. Roast with wine sauce, gratin dauphinois and small vegetables. Excellent, meat cooked just right, wine sauce, perfect and gratin dauphinois like mom... She says it herself... So still Super nice... adorable and very friendly staff... And as for 4 others, it’s a 5 But a small downside, and this one is aimed at one of the founders. This day, a strong breeze was blowing over Nyon and the entire Lake Geneva region. This “charming” gentleman criticized the manager for not having brought out the Brasseurs banner, nor the sign announcing the special of the day (I should point out that it is made of wood and quite heavy). Very good. But if an elderly person or a very young child had caught this pretty sign with too much kissing and been injured, I think they would have been "delighted" to let it be known. Great advertising. Everyone coming to Les Brasseurs will make the effort of a few extra steps to find out the dish of the day. So very good initiative on the part of the manager to think about the well-being of his customers and not about a detail which can have bad consequences.
