During my visit to the shores of Geneva, I discovered a restaurant offering a magnificent view of Lake Geneva. The meal was refined, fresh and delicious. An appetizer and a vitamin juice were offered, adding a special touch to the dining experience. The main course was succulent, the meat tender and the vegetables fresh and colorful. I never skip dessert and here I was right. I highly recommend this establishment for an unforgettable dining experience. We had booked a table at Le Jardinier restaurant for our wedding anniversary, but were extremely disappointed with the service and experience. We had originally booked to dine a la carte, but were informed that a special menu would be offered for New Year's Eve. Being pescatarians and allergic to truffles, the menu was not suitable for us. The restaurant was unable to offer an alternative, so we agreed to move our lunch reservation. However, when we arrived we were placed in a noisy, busy bistro room with disorganized staff. The atmosphere was disappointing and the service poor. The dishes we ordered were tasteless, cold and of poor quality. When we asked to speak to the room manager to express our dissatisfaction, no one showed up. We eventually spoke to someone at the hotel reception, but that didn't improve our experience. I wrote a letter of complaint to the Director of Dining Services, but have yet to receive a response. I advise other guests to avoid this establishment due to poor service and lack of honesty in communications.
