Una volta conclusa la passeggiata attorno alla Emmanuel Church, visita L'atelier Robuchon. La cucina francese che fanno qui è apprezzata da tutti gli ospiti. L'atelier Robuchon offre dei filetto americano, caviale e stuzzichini davvero ineguagliabili. Puoi ordinare il gustoso parfait. Vieni qui per ordinare un ottimo vino.
A giudicare dai commenti degli ospiti il personale è piuttosto carinissimo in questo ristorante. È sempre un piacere passare un po' di tempo mangiando qui, grazie al veloce servizio. Ti piaceranno certamente l'atmosfera gradevole e l'arredamento moderno. È un ristorante due stelle Michelin che ti permetterà di gustare pasti eccellenti creati da un rinomato chef.

L'ATELIER ROBUCHON is undoubtedly a top location with a sophisticated atmosphere. The concept, in which guests can dine directly at the bar with a view of the kitchen, is appealing and promises a special experience. Unfortunately, the promised theatrical presentation of the chefs' craft on the website does not materialize in reality. Although chef Olivier Jean stands directly in front of the guests at the pass, there is no interaction with the guests. Neither a greeting nor eye contact let the guest feel that special emphasis is placed on being close to the guest. The service staff, on the other hand, is extremely professional and friendly, which is certainly a positive thing. The tasting menu for 269.- with a wine pairing for an additional 168.- per person is expensive in terms of price, but justified when you consider the quality of the wines. The dishes presented, from amuse-bouche to dessert, are visually appealing and taste impeccable. However, it lacks that certain something that you would expect from a 2-star restaurant. Overall, the culinary experience should offer much more for the price and standards of the restaurant. Considering other starred restaurants in Switzerland, L'ATELIER ROBUCHON remains at the bottom of the list for me personally. It lacks both the promised staging and an outstanding overall experience that one would expect from a restaurant of this category. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
