I had a chance to celebrate my whife's birthday and I still can not forget it, very exceptional experience.
The dishes were extraordinairy with perfectly taste. Very friendly Rayane and Maxime, professional and attentive team.

My recent lunch at L'Atelier Robuchon in Geneva was a complete letdown and shockingly poor for a restaurant of its reputation. Service issues began immediately. Water refills were only given after I repeatedly asked, and the experience started awkwardly with the waiter pushing wine on us, with a glaring error in their wine knowledge: they claimed Chasselas was the "most oaky" white wine they had, which is absurd, as Chasselas is traditionally known for being light and refreshing. We ordered beef with specific doneness—my friend requested medium-well, and I asked for medium-rare—yet our dishes arrived identical in doneness, showing zero attention to detail. The picture below is for your reference, one is what I had the other piece was what my friend had. Adding to the insult, we finished our bread before the main course, but despite waiting through the entire meal, no bread refill was ever offered or provided, showing a complete lack of care for even the most basic service touchpoints. As if that weren't enough, the head waiter hit the bread plate with the wine glass, causing a loud clatter and offering no apology, making us feel disregarded and uncomfortable. A complimentary wine at the end felt like a hollow, last-minute attempt to compensate, which does nothing to erase the dismal service and utter lack of professionalism. This experience was a stark disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend L'Atelier Robuchon to anyone expecting quality or respect from their dining experience. Plus, both me and my friend are having diarrhea now, less than one hour after finishing the meal and we didn’t even eat anything before coming. This has been more than a catastrophe and devastating!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
