A wonderful restaurant located in the historic heart of Solothurn, inside the house museum of The Little Prince. You can combine a cultural experience with fine dining here. The restaurant itself is very cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly. There is also a magnificent terrace overlooking the Aare River. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The dishes are very delicious, especially the meat and the tartare. I gave the food 4 stars because the dessert could use some improvement. My advice to the chef would be not to use semolina as the base in the apricot pastry — there are many much better alternatives. The ice cream could also be replaced with a higher-quality option. Sauces are the cornerstone of any cuisine, and I think there is room for more experimentation there as well. And finally, the bread: yes, it is good, but it would be even better to serve a selection of different sliced breads — choice is always a good thing. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. It is a very warm and heartfelt place, and I wish it success and prosperity, especially since it is still a new establishment.
