We came here for lunch and were lucky to get a table by the window. The service was outstanding, everyone was friendly and attentive, especially the sommelier, who recommended some excellent wines for us. We chose the tasting menu, and it did not disappoint! My personal favorite was the dessert, meringue! :-) The drive up the narrow road was a bit of an adventure, but once we arrived, the stunning view made it all worth it. We discovered Maison Décotterd during a course we had signed up for, on various ways of cooking game. The course turned out to be very interesting, and the tasting that followed was delicious. The chef demonstrated his know-how to us with passion and “simplicity”. We then had the pleasure of sharing an aperitif in his company, then went to the restaurant to prolong the pleasure. Well done, the food was excellent!! A real journey between the lake and the mountains, enhanced by a charming atmosphere and a breathtaking view, without forgetting the sympathy and professionalism of each member of the staff. Do you appreciate elaborate cuisine, with particular attention to every detail, frank and harmonious tastes? You are in the right place!
