Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante quasi per caso, e siamo rimasti veramente stupidi. Tutto veramente ottimo, io ho mangiato una Gricia veramente spaziale. Forse la più buona che abbia mai mangiato. Se cercate un ristorante/trattoria con cucina tipica romana, non di stampo "turistico", è quello che fa per voi. Anche abbastanza economico! La Vecchia Conca: A Roman Jewel During our week-long stay in Rome with my son, La Vecchia Conca became our culinary anchor. Located in our immediate neighborhood, we discovered this restaurant on the first evening and were immediately hooked - so much so that we returned there every evening throughout our vacation! The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. Despite the obviously high number of guests, they managed to create a personal and warm atmosphere. You immediately felt welcome and in good hands. The menu offered an attractive selection and everything we tried - from the starters to the main courses to the dessert - was simply outstanding. The quality of the ingredients was undeniable, the preparation masterful and the portions generous. A special highlight was the Roman fish soup: the fresh fish, the aromatic broth and the perfect seasoning made this dish an unforgettable taste experience. There was nothing to complain about; every dish was a culinary highlight. You could tell the attention to detail and passion for good food in every bite. The price-performance ratio was also excellent - mid-range price for dishes of excellent quality. In short: La Vecchia Conca is more than just a restaurant – it is an experience. The combination of excellent food, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere made our Rome vacation something very special.
