Amazing lunch; wonderful cooking with beautiful service. This is food that is cooked with passion and skill; full of flavour and in which you can taste the love with which it was created. We also enjoyed some good wines, especially the gamaret (which was a new grape variety for us). We found the place on Google maps, handily on our route through Ollon (and on to Gstaad). The building is easy to see from the road, and says ‘Bernard Cavé Vins’ on the outside. If you go in the ground floor, you need to go upstairs to the restaurant. Obviously, we will be back!!
