È il miglior ristorante di sempre! Abbiamo mangiato una carbonara eccellente (purtroppo non abbiamo potuto far mettere sopra il tartufo per motivi di allergia ma sembrava delizioso e abbondante nel piatto di altra gente vicino a noi). Si sentiva che la pasta era fresca e le materie prime di ottima qualità. Servizio impeccabile, anche dai giovanissimi. Tutti gentili, attenti e preparati nei suggerimenti, la proprietà estremamente accogliente, mi sono trovata davvero bene. Infine, ma non meno importante, la location: all’esterno (stagione estiva) si mangia sotto dei bellissimi alberi secolari, all’interno l’arredamento è un tocco di classe, magnifico. Oltretutto dall’ultima volta che ho avuto l’occasione di mangiare qui, il locale interno era diverso, adesso dopo gli ultimi ritocchi lascia davvero a bocca aperta. Lo chef non manca mai di stupire i suoi ospiti sia con i piatti ché con nuove idee architettoniche.
