Indeed, we are very careful to maintain a calm and pleasant pace, especially in less crowded periods than the high season, such as August. Perhaps our speed has been interpreted as haste, but our goal is always to offer an attentive and courteous service. As for the €10 returned, it was a human error: you had ordered porcini mushrooms as a course and our staff did not initially count this dish as an extra. When we noticed the error, we chose to refund the amount for fairness and transparency, without wanting to cause inconvenience in any way.
