The service was terrible, we took some cones, he was a little better than her at making them, but she was really terrible. Small and poorly made cones, the stracciatella was without chocolate, we made her laugh with a few jokes, but she got a little stiff and seemed annoyed. From our side we didn't exaggerate and we didn't ask for discounts or anything else, but we certainly could have expected them.
