The food is good, but the service is slow and disorganized.. We found bugs on the plate and hair and were told this is normal. Perhaps you don't know the hygiene rules, dead insects on the plate and settled in all the pasta is a very serious sign of poor hygiene in the kitchen. It's also a shame that instead of apologizing, we were also treated badly. By law we should have reported the fact to the competent ASL, but we are on holiday and I didn't want to waste my time arguing and we left... Obviously I don't recommend this place... A real shame because there is a good view and if attention was paid to manners and services, the food is also of high quality. Unfortunately, the owner was not present on that occasion, because he would certainly have been able to resolve and apologize for the situation, unlike what the lady at the checkout did who is certainly there without any reception or catering skills.
