Un pranzo con amici, cucina tipica romana eccezionale, dagli antipasti,i primi e tutto il resto. Un servizio semplice ma molto curato, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con la loro simpatia e professionalità. Mi dispiace solo che non ho potuto assaggiare tutti i loro piatti ma ritorneró presto per questo. I prezzi equi e per la qualità offerta anche bassi. Super consigliato

There are bad restaurants, and then there is La Fraschetta Romanesca - a truly shameful example of culinary mismanagement. At first glance, the charming waitress, who was probably the owner herself, may make a good impression, but this is very deceptive. The four of us visited the restaurant in the evening and to start we ordered bruschetta, caprese, a mixed salami, ham and cheese platter, and bread was served that had apparently been lying in the corner for a while. The starters were still acceptable, even if the bread wouldn't have won any awards for freshness. The main course was the real revelation of culinary incompetence. The lasagne was a taste letdown – dry and overloaded with cheese, while the usual juicy sauce was sorely missed. The fettuccini with porcini mushrooms were still acceptable, but the rigatoni was inedibly al dente (this experience has nothing to do with "al dente"), as if they had simply been swimming in lukewarm water. The chef seems to be conserving energy rather than keeping his guests happy. The taste of the oxtail meat was okay for me, but the rest of my evening was torture: I vomited several times and a consistently painful constipation spoiled my dining experience. Despite sufficient fluid intake, the consequence was a ruined vacation and valuable days that I spent in bed. Dear gentlemen, instead of wasting time writing things, which from my point of view are truly senseless, if our food was as inedible as you say, you could have said so immediately, but if you don't leave anything on the plates it means that your review is misleading and not ours. restaurant nor the charming waitress!!!
