Our kitchen pays great attention to the selection of raw materials and the artisanal preparation of each individual dish. Perhaps he has no idea of ​​the work that goes into creating our proposals, which is why the costs reflect the value of the product we offer. Even the bread, for example, is prepared fresh every other day using organic wholemeal flours and seeds. To avoid waste, we have decided to offer it separately at the cost of 4 slices per basket, as clearly indicated on the menu. The choice to order it or not is completely at the customer's discretion. As for the bill, if he had any doubts, he could have simply asked for explanations at the time of payment. I myself am always the first to find out if everything went well. I'm sorry that you preferred to write a negative review rather than immediately clarify any doubts. Furthermore, I find the way he criticized the price of our dessert unfair. He didn't mention the quality of the raw materials we use and the craftsmanship behind it. Our desserts are prepared with selected ingredients, such as whole coconut sugar (which costs €10/kg), wholemeal organic flours and coconut cream instead of common soy creams. All these elements affect the final price, but guarantee a healthy and high quality product. As for the place setting, the cost of €2.50 includes FABRIC tablecloths, a detail that in many other places is offered at a similar or higher cost, even with a simple paper napkin and without a tablecloth. Furthermore, the restaurant is located in Porta Venezia, right in the center, an aspect that inevitably affects management costs. Finally, I find it particularly unfair to be accused of having "stolen" something from her. All prices are clearly indicated on the menu, and we use a digital management system to ensure maximum transparency. If he had doubts about his "calculations in hand", we could discuss it together calmly.
