About my experience in this restaurant I can write the whole story.
But long story short.
The food was disappointing, poorly plated, cheap ingredients -the main side in all dishes was arugula :))), olive oil - hope it was at least an olive pomace oil... We were so hungry that we could eat a horse, that's why some of the plates were empty, but after some comments to the waiter about food, we got an answer back that everything is ok and the food was served like it should be served. We were laughing out loud but there was nothing funny, it was just pity.
The waiters weren't happy with serving, it looked like they had better things to do. Trying to sell a bottle of wine for a few hundred just because your guests are foreigners - not a good idea...
Everything was bad - from the atmosphere, attitude to food without a taste, cheap complimentary Grappa. It's just crazy how such a place is in the Michelin Guide, it's a shame on all Italian cuisine.
