Thanks for your comment about the beautiful room :-) I believe that her disappointment arose from the fact that she thought she had included dinner with her smartbox package, while at the time of booking, smartbox …Thanks for your comment about the beautiful room :-) I believe that her disappointment arose from the fact that she thought she had included dinner with her smartbox package, while at the time of booking, smartbox booked her an offer with the spa, but without dinner (perhaps because the one with dinner was already booked for the same date by another customer). Unfortunately we are required to offer the customer the experience that comes from the booking and we can only intervene if the customer who receives the confirmation with all the written activity notifies us before arrival in order to modify the service. As for the portions, I believe that each customer will be able to evaluate for themselves given that they have published photos of the two dishes they ordered (a homemade tagliolini for €12 and an alternative dish with mushrooms, polenta and cheese for €15.00); so we leave it to those who see the photos to evaluate the quantity and whether the food is expensive or not :-). As for breakfast, I don't understand: in addition to croissants and cappuccino there is a varied buffet of sweet and savory things. So much so that I see that in the added photos he photographed the pineapple with the plums he had for breakfast. I also see a glass of pineapple juice...So you didn't just have the brioche and cappuccino!?More
