Sei persone in servizio ma tempi di attesa esagerati. Completamente disorganizzati. Prezzi più alti della media. Mi servono una birra in bottiglia senza bicchiere e non chiedono se ne voglio uno. Così devono lavorar meno. Fiore all'occhiello: due cameriere bevono acqua direttamente dalla bottiglia PET da 1,5 lt. Questo dietro il bancone! Ignoranti! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihr Erlebnis mit uns zu teilen. Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass Ihr Besuch bei uns nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Die von Ihnen beschriebenen Punkte entsprechen keinesfalls unseren Standards – weder bezüglich Servicequalität noch bezüglich Professionalität und Hygiene.Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die langen Wartezeiten und das chaotische Erlebnis. Auch die Situation mit dem Flaschenbier ohne Glas sowie das Trinken aus der PET-Flasche hinter der Theke sind absolut nicht akzeptabel und wurden bereits intern besprochen. Wir werden entsprechende Massnahmen ergreifen, damit sich solche Vorfälle nicht wiederholen.Wir verstehen Ihre Enttäuschung und hoffen dennoch, dass Sie uns in Zukunft eine zweite Chance geben, um einen deutlich besseren Eindruck zu hinterlassen.

Visited Seebistro LUZ in Lucerne and had a delicious soft-serve ice cream while sitting by the lake. The ice cream was creamy, not too sweet, and perfect for a sunny afternoon. The view of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains created a peaceful, relaxing moment — one of those simple joys that make traveling special. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the lakeside setting couldn’t be more beautiful. Highly recommend stopping here for a quiet, scenic break in Lucerne. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
