Ristorante si trova in una bella posizione con la vista su lago. Abbiamo mangiato bene, ma ho trovato un po’ sporco. Parlo di vetri e tapparelle. Erano in stato pietoso. Anche la piscina vuota. Non era un bel spettacolo che aspettavamo. A resto è ok

An outstanding dining experience! I had the pleasure of having lunch at L'operà restaurant in Perugia, I must say it was a truly exceptional experience! From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were extremely courteous and attentive to my needs. The menu offered a wide selection of delicious dishes, ranging from traditional Sicilian cuisine to creative and innovative cuisine. I opted for the tasting menu and was blown away by the quality and presentation of the dishes. Each course was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with the highest quality and freshest ingredients. The taste and the harmony of flavors were just extraordinary. The restaurant had a welcoming and refined atmosphere, perfect for a special evening or business lunch. The staff was attentive to detail and always available to advise on dish choices. Also, I have to mention the impeccable presentation of the dishes, which was truly noteworthy. Each course was a visual and gustatory work of art like the location. The way the flavors blended harmoniously and the portions were balanced was just perfect. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food and extraordinary culinary experiences. It is a place where culinary excellence is combined with impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere.
