This was one and the other restaurant was my favourite Chinese restaurants in Zurich. Since they closed the restaurant in St. Jakob, we ordered from Jiaozi and I must say the quality, taste and presentation has deteriorated. Portions have become much smaller. Not sure if the cook and also not having a proper kitchen is a result of it. It’s a pity that in Zurich many restaurants can’t keep consistency! Food: 2 Service: 3

The experience was a bit disorganized. The dishes we ordered came out one at a time, with around 8-10 minutes between them. Because of that, we didn't really eat together for a large part of the meal. I ordered the beef soup, which was around 30 CHF, but it wasn't worth the price. There were only a few pieces of beef, which consisted mostly of sinew and fat, with very little actual meat. The flavor was nice, but the soup was a bit oily. There weren't many staff working, so it was a bit hard to get the waitress's attention. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the dishes we had. In my opinion the price didn't really feel justified.
