We visited Le Sil'o for dinner last month as a table of six. All of us enjoyed the food, which has lots of vegetarian options, was delicious and arrived quickly despite a full restaurant. The waiter we had was very kind - although it seemed like he was doing most of the work for the entire floor which meant you had to work hard to grab anyone's attention at times. I've read a lot of the reviews here that mention the music was too loud for peoples tastes. I think it provides a cool vibes for a bar, but if you are looking for somewhere for a social dinner, the volume here just won't allow it. Finally - one the first times I have ever experienced this, but when we arrived and were seated, one of the staff (presumably in charge of social media) was walking around with her phone filming the whole restaurant without anyone at any of the tables consent as far as we could see. I have to say this felt a bit weird. I am not sure I would be back for dinner - cocktails and drinks maybe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié nos plats, en particulier nos options végétariennes, ainsi que la qualité du service, même lors d’une soirée bien animée. La musique et l’ambiance font effectivement partie intégrante de l’identité du Silo : nous souhaitons offrir un lieu vivant et chaleureux, proche de l’esprit bar, tout en maintenant une atmosphère conviviale. Nous comprenons que cela puisse ne pas convenir à tous les goûts, et nous prenons note de votre remarque sur le volume sonore. Concernant la prise d’images, nous tenons à vous rassurer : lorsque nous filmons ou photographions le restaurant, c’est uniquement pour partager l’ambiance générale du lieu sur nos réseaux sociaux. Aucun visage ou client n’est reconnaissable sans son accord préalable. Nous espérons que vous reviendrez profiter d’un verre ou d’un dîner, peut-être à un moment plus calme, pour découvrir une autre facette de notre établissement.
