After making the reservation, we were really looking forward to our visit to the Kurhaus Restaurant. Sitting there with the beautiful view is definitely worth an extra point. But now to the food and service. We must have had an unfortunate day. It all took a little longer...for drinks and food to arrive, but that wasn't as bad. The disaster began with the main course. Here you have to order everything separately from the meat. That wouldn't be so bad. But we got the wrong side dishes. We communicated this to four different service employees, but it took three quarters of an hour for the supplements to be delivered. The resulting Duroc cutlet then had to be eaten without any side dishes. When we were clearing away we pointed it out again and it actually came. Unfortunately it was no longer necessary. The wine (Kerner) from Meran was fantastic. The conclusion was like the whole evening. The drinks from the neighboring table were also booked on our bill. So it's worth taking another look at the bill. The service was really unbelievable...poor. A pity. We will forego future visits.
