We have addressed criticism of the coffee machine before and are happy to explain it again here: During the planning phase, we had lengthy discussions about the extent to which our employees with disabilities—some of whom also have motor impairments—would be able to operate a portafilter machine, especially under stress during peak hours. We therefore decided in favor of our employees to opt for a fully automatic machine, specifically a Rex Royal S300, one of the best currently available. Together with Stoll Kaffee from Zurich, we believe that we can offer a high-quality, full-bodied coffee even without a portafilter machine.
