Premetto che sono cliente da anni ma purtroppo la qualità è la gentilezza di una volta è sparita.

Arrivo al ristorante alle 19.50 per evitare attese ..... Dei vari piatti ordinati in 1 ora mi arrivano solo 4 piatti di sashimi. Vedo gente entrata dopo di me fare addirittura 3 ordini diversi ed io dopo 1 ora sto ancora aspettando le portate del primo ordine. Gentilmente chiedo al cameriere una verifica poiché dopo 1 ora non ho praticamente mangiato nulla.... risultato... altri 20 minuti senza nessun piatto servito e continuo a vedere consegnare solo ai tavolini a fianco. Dopo 1 ora e 20 minuti mi alzo chiedendo spiegazioni alla proprietaria la quale prontamente mi risponde che il massimo che può fare è farmi pagare 45 euro invece che 50 euro. Insomma una serata pessima, un attesa interminabile per mangiare IL Nulla. Non mi vedranno più.

Let me start by saying that I hardly go looking for the company to write such a negative review, but this is about education. I'll tell you what happened, you decide. Two of us went to the restaurant on Tuesday 14 January 2025; we had already been there two other times, on a Saturday and a Monday. When we went on a Saturday the place was full and they served us quite late, some things just didn't arrive; however, when we went on Monday everything was fine and even the food seemed to be served with greater care. When we enter the waiter welcomes us and we inform him that we have not booked, we thought it would be half empty like that Monday but instead, there was no room. No problem, of course. Before informing us that the place was full, the waiter turns to the waitress behind the counter near the cash register and says something incomprehensible; the waitress responds with a gesture that isn't allowed even in the worst establishment: she raises her right hand twice as if to say, "no, no, kick them out, send them away". The waiter turns and tells us - very politely - that there was no room. However, at that moment I was just looking at the maid who had noticed that she had been seen doing that ignoble gesture; I start to stare at her astonished at the unprecedented rudeness and she, embarrassed, tells us: "we're sorry, the place is full". I was about to answer her in kind because rudeness like that had never happened to me in a restaurant. We left immediately. We went to Moé in Piazza Meucci which is identical, it costs a euro more but everyone smiles at you and is polite. I will never go to Konan again, education is priceless. In reality, that gesture was a way to communicate to our colleagues that the restaurant was fully booked and there were no seats available, it was not directed at you and your friend at all, and it had no disrespectful intent. We are well aware that in the hospitality sector, any action that may generate misunderstandings should be avoided as much as possible. Therefore, we will further strengthen staff training to be more careful in their communication and ways of doing things to prevent such misunderstandings. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused and hope you can understand that this was an inadvertent misunderstanding. If you are willing, welcome to come back to us, we will try our best to serve you better and make you feel our sincerity.More
