On Saturday I finish work late and I order with Glogo at King Oriente, after 55 minutes of waiting they call me from the restaurant and make up the excuse of a malfunction of the app so my order would have been cancelled, I ask what the problem was hoping to be able to resolve, and finally have dinner, but pretending not to know Italian, the exact same sentence from before is repeated to me and the phone literally hangs up in my face! I call Glovo and they also give me a hard time without explaining why this phantom problem occurred after 55 minutes of waiting! The problem is that it was a Saturday evening, my order was a modest 30 euros and after 55 minutes they realized that it wasn't worth preparing and delivering it (King Oriente uses its own courier and I live on the other side of the city), they were probably hoping that other similar orders arrived to consolidate them or they were simply so busy that they didn't evaluate mine... I'm fine with the fact that the service is limited to a certain amount or within a certain delivery radius or to certain days of the week, I just wish I knew before nine in the evening, after 55 minutes of useless waiting, fasting, I finish a grueling day of work! I would like to know if this restaurant played the same game with others or if I was the only poor loser to order a single dinner on a Saturday night?
