We had the pleasure of experiencing the tasting menu at Kayma Lounge Bar & Restaurant of hotel Via Roma 33, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The restaurant run by Michelin star awarded chef Erez Ohayon which was the reason for our visit. From the moment we entered, we were struck by the attention to detail and elegance of the restaurant. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion, with stunning decor and ambient lighting. But the real star of the show was the food. Each dish was a work of art, perfectly presented and bursting with flavor. The tasting menu was an exciting journey through a variety of textures and tastes, each more impressive than the last. Every detail was executed to perfection, from the seasoning to the plating. The sommelier also deserves a special mention, as the wines chosen to pair with the meal were outstanding. We were introduced to some new wines that we never would have discovered on our own. Overall, the experience we had at this restaurant was truly top-notch. If you're looking for a high-end culinary adventure, we highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
