We were there for lunch. Very, very attentive and friendly staff! The place is very clean and the seating is also very tidy. We were informed that the treadmill with the plates would not be available at lunchtime to avoid food waste. Very commendable!!! So we chose something from the menu. The choice fell on a King record. After we had these delivered to the table and had almost eaten them, another 3 guests joined us and then the belt was started and the plates were all brought out and put on the table. The menu that was served for menu selection was the take-away version and the prices were cheaper than what was then charged for consumption in the restaurant. Very pale aftertaste. We were not made aware of this fact. We only discovered that there was an all-you-can-eat offer at lunchtime after ordering the king platter because this offer was a little ways away on a small plate on the counter. Unfortunately, this was not pointed out either! Summa sumarum....freshly prepared, delicious food, friendly staff but a bit trained in rip-offs from our point of view! We're actually not used to that from KAITEN Sursee. We will therefore no longer come to Zug. Sorry KAITEN!! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

On hot days when we don't have reservations, it's still not worth leaving the production line running because the quality of the sushi suffers from the heat. Our goal is to avoid food waste. Our employees therefore reacted correctly by initially not putting the conveyor into operation. Unfortunately, due to the rush of guests, they later made a wrong decision and let the tape run. We would like to sincerely apologize for this. It was a human error and in no way a fraudulent intention. We hope that on a future visit we can convince you otherwise and show you our friendly service and the warm support we provide to our guests.
