We are very happy that you enjoyed our sashimi and the greater variety this time.But I have to admit, I was genuinely surprised that after 12 years, your very first Google review was about our soft-shell crab being smaller than before.　If you have really been a regular customer for 12 years, I should know your name and recognize your face! As the owner, I always personally greet my regular guests with Japanese hospitality. I checked the sashimi and soft-shell crab tempura served to you before they left the kitchen and gave the “OK.” The portion has not been reduced — the batter is simply much thinner than it was 12 years ago, so the crab looks smaller. I would have been very happy to listen to your feedback directly — and much faster than Google! Next time, please say hello to me! It would make me very happy to see one of our guests from the days when Aki Sushi was still a small restaurant.
