We have just tried the replacement for the salmon bao buns. (Shokupan Shake). Nowhere near as good. The bread is heavy. Surely Bao buns are more authentic. This bread has the density of a brioche. Not fluffy. We normally love Kai Sushi but this puts me off. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 50–60 Recommended dishes: Gyoza
