We took a great barista course for a couple with Frank. He tailored it to our wishes: we could take our own machine (flair) in and different coffees we wanted to try. Of course, we got to try some of Frank’s coffee as well. Would definitely recommend, also for a gift for your loved one.

I got the coffee workshop as gift and it was just amazing! I went with my friend, we spent few hours of full integration into the world of coffee with interesting facts and opportunities to practice all stages of making a perfect cup of coffee Thank you, Frank! Highly recommended for professionals and everyone who likes coffee. Nice space, great coffee and very hospitable host!

My wife gifted me the Coffee Barista course at Kaffeemanufaktur Zürich, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I recently acquired a Sage Barista Pro, and Frank suggested we bring it along on the day so we could learn directly on our own equipment - a great suggestion. The entire experience was incredibly relaxed and it never felt rushed. Frank’s patience and personalized teaching style made the technical side of being a barista remarkably simple to grasp. We quickly gained some important insights into the world of coffee, from understanding different bean varieties and climates to dialing in the perfect grind using our own machine. His expertise and passion was very evident. The only unexpected "negative" for me was that it has completely ruined my taste for the free coffee provided in the office! With continued experimentation using good quality beans and more practice on our own machine, I have developed a discerning taste to know what good coffee should really taste like. Thank you again, Frank, we had a brilliant time! :)
