Very awkward. They don't sell coffee despite photos, only offer if it if you buy machines. Yet, the shop keeper explained they won an award for it. ?

The team at Kaffeewerkstadt gave us very friendly and detailed advice before purchasing a portafilter machine. They even had a carpenter make a wooden handle especially for us to replace the plastic handles on the machine. When you hand over the machine, you will receive a helpful two-hour briefing. A very friendly, competent team that offers great service. An absolute recommendation! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
