When ordering with TooGoodToGo you should at least get a decent amount of food for the price paid. This bakery apparently missed that memo. I showed up, picked up my “magic bag,” and honestly thought they handed me the wrong order because the quantity was shockingly tiny for the price I paid. I don’t mind surprises, and I don’t mind items I wouldn’t normally pick, I think that’s part of the TooGoodToGo experience. But when the amount of food barely matches what I spent, it stops feeling like a deal and starts feeling like a scam wrapped in a paper bag. Instead of a “surprise bag,” I got something that made me feel like I paid full price for scraps. The quantity received was so little that it nearly (if not actually) did not cover the cost of the TooGoodToGo (+ the absolutely charge for the packaging). Because of that, I didn’t walk out feeling like I saved food, I walked out feeling like I’d been played. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hallo Queen. Danke für den Stern. Es tut uns leid, dass du enttäuscht bist. Schade, hast du nicht vor Ort nachgefragt. Für den Preis gibt es frische handgemachte Produkte, die wir an diesem Tag nicht mehr verkaufen. Eine Verpackung (übrigens im TooGoodToGo hinterlegt, dass diese vom Kunden vor Ort zu bezahlen ist) wird mit Leckereien aufgefüllt. Je nachdem geben wir gerne mehr, wenn es hat oder sicher für den bezahlten Wert. So hast du die Möglichkeit unsere Leckereien zu Probieren und damit aber auch zu sparen.
