Very grumpy reception. Unnecessarily snobby proces to get a table. Otherwise nice place nice service.. what a pity the first impression is so poor. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40

waiting time 1+ hour, had to ask various times get something, but also received hings we didn't order. there's a clingy guy trying to sell rosé whine, the staff is lost and rude, and the rosé-tipsy boss lady is runing in circles doing absolutely nothing. Didnt have a booking. Arrived 1130 and got a nice spot on the terrace (last one), on a very sunny day. Seevice was quick. The lady that was there that day just went around the tables one by one non stop taking orders and settling bills. The other staff brought food and drinks quickly. Food is good / ok. Nothing extremely fancy / tasty, but pretty good for a mountain restaurant. Ribs, tartar, soup were all ok for our taste. Access to toilets is a bit tricky via lift, can be a little annoying. Overall not as bad of an experience as reviews would suggest! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
