Schade, dass dich die Garnelen und Calamari nicht ganz überzeugt haben – das nehmen wir ernst. Beim nächsten Mal sag gern direkt etwas, damit wir sofort reagieren können. JODY'S Restaurant & Bar – A feast for the senses in the heart of Davos In the heart of Davos, right on Arkadenplatz, JODY'S Restaurant & Bar invites you to a top-class culinary experience, true to the motto “food 'n' drinks with love”. Here, fresh ingredients, creative recipes and the passion of an outstanding kitchen team come together to create an experience that goes far beyond an ordinary restaurant. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the warm atmosphere that Bernat and his team exude. The attentive service leaves nothing to be desired and immediately gives you the feeling that you are welcome here. But the real highlight of my visit was the kitchen, run by an exceptionally talented team. As a starter I chose a small chicken Caesar salad, which was fresh and served with a perfectly balanced dressing. The chicken was so tender and juicy that it almost melted in your mouth - a sign of the high level of culinary art practiced here. My main course, the famous Pata Negra, was a true masterpiece. The meat was of first class quality, buttery tender and perfect. Accompanied by delicious olives and crispy nachos, the entire dish was not only harmonious in terms of taste, but also visually appealing. I chose a Rioja, which perfectly complemented the flavors of the food and rounded off the experience. But the real highlight of my evening came unexpectedly. Thanks to the attentive service, I was served one of the homemade croquetas as an amuse-bouche - and what a revelation! These croquetas were the epitome of sophistication: crispy on the outside and light and creamy on the inside, a delight. Almost missing out on this specialty would have been a big mistake. These croquetas alone show how much passion and skill goes into each individual preparation. A big compliment goes to the chef and his team. Their commitment to perfection is evident in every bite. They are masters at transforming simple ingredients into small works of art. The attention to detail, the harmony of flavors and the presentation of the dishes are at the highest level. You can immediately tell that absolute professionals are at work here, who not only live their job, but also their passion. Every plate that leaves the kitchen is the result of careful planning and brilliant execution. It's rare to experience such precision and creativity at the same time. Conclusion: JODY'S Restaurant & Bar is much more than just a place where you can eat well. It is a place where the kitchen works with love and dedication and you can taste this passion on every plate. The magic of this restaurant unfolds in a convivial atmosphere, with a glass of wine and delicious tapas. If you want to experience the best of Mediterranean cuisine, you definitely shouldn't miss JODY'S. The chef and his team deserve the highest praise - the cooking here is at an absolutely top level. I will definitely come back. In JODY'S, the kitchen is not alone and working, it is a verdadera pasión. Cada plato is a master master, and the chef and his team are just waiting for the reconciliation by his team of excelents.
